Getting Started

When you first open the General English page, an "Assess Your Level" card guides you through a 5-minute speaking assessment. This places you at Starter, Beginner, or Elementary and unlocks your personalised lesson list immediately below.

Levels & Lesson Count

Starter (Level 1) — 6 lessons, 5 minutes each. Topics: hello and introductions, colours and numbers, family, animals, food, and a Starter Check-up.

Beginner (Level 2) — 6 lessons, 5 minutes each. Topics: school day, hobbies, home, going shopping, weather and seasons, and a Beginner Check-up.

Elementary (Level 3) — 6 lessons, 5 minutes each. Topics: telling a story, at the restaurant, making plans with friends, describing your neighbourhood, dreams and wishes, and an Elementary Check-up.
