The Business English track is built for adults who need to communicate professionally in English. It covers workplace scenarios from polite introductions to high-stakes negotiations, progressing through three levels.

Getting Started
When you first open the Business English page, an "Assess Your Level" card guides you through a ~6-minute workplace assessment. This places you at Foundation, Professional, or Executive level and immediately unlocks your personalised lesson list below.
Levels & Lesson Count
•Foundation — 6 lessons, 5 minutes each. Topics: professional greetings and introductions, scheduling meetings, phone and email language, asking clarifying questions, office small talk, and a Foundation check-up.
•Professional — 6 lessons, 10 minutes each. Topics: presenting ideas in meetings, giving and receiving feedback, handling objections, reporting project progress, persuading and influencing colleagues, and a Professional check-up.
•Executive — 6 lessons, 10 minutes each. Topics: high-stakes negotiations, executive-level presentations, managing difficult conversations, cross-cultural communication, strategic networking, and an Executive check-up.
The track includes 18 lessons across the three levels.
Level Check-ups
Each level ends with a short check-up lesson. Completing the check-up confirms you are ready to advance to the next level, keeping your progression structured.
