Activity Log
Review your practice sessions and assessments over time.
Activity Log
The Dashboard (at `/home`) shows a timeline of all your sessions — lessons, assessments, and free practice — in newest-first order. Both completed and incomplete sessions appear, so you have a full picture of your practice history. Incomplete sessions show a short label explaining how they ended (e.g. "Stopped manually" or "Ended from inactivity").
The header shows your total practice time, number of assessments completed, and a count of completed versus partial sessions.
Progress Trends
Once you have completed at least two sessions, a Progress Trends card appears on your Dashboard. It shows a chart of your speaking pace (words per minute) across your last 20 sessions, along with trend indicators for:
•Speaking pace — are you speaking faster or slower over time?
•Talk share — what percentage of the conversation are you driving?
•Response coverage — how thoroughly are you answering the AI's questions?
Upward trends (↑) mean improvement. A stable (→) trend means you are consistent. Use these to guide what to focus on in your next session.
Improving Faster
1.Practise daily — even 5 minutes a day keeps your skills sharp.
2.Repeat lessons — doing the same lesson twice often reveals improvements.
3.Focus on one dimension — if your Fluency score is lower than Accuracy, try speaking faster and worrying less about mistakes.
4.Use Free Practice — open conversations build confidence and help you apply what you have learned in lessons.
