CEFR Assessment

A 10-minute speaking test that places you from A1 (Beginner) to C2 (Mastery).

Overview

The CEFR assessment places you on the Common European Framework of Reference scale: A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, or C2. It takes about 10 minutes.

How to Start

Go to CEFR Speaking in the sidebar. If you have not yet taken the assessment, you will see an "Assess Your Level" card at the top of the page. Click Start Assessment to begin.

Structure

•Warm-up — simple greetings and introductions.

•9 guided speaking tasks — each targeting a different skill area.

•Open response — you choose a topic and speak freely.

•Wrap-up — the AI finishes the session.

Result

Your CEFR level (A1–C2) plus seven dimension scores (Range, Accuracy, Grammar, Fluency, Interaction, Coherence, Pronunciation). This unlocks CEFR lessons at and below your assessed level.
